EAP-led Environmental Authorisation and Regulatory Support

ECO Report provides EAP-led environmental authorisation, amendment and regulatory support for projects that require clear process management, technical input and credible professional oversight.

Based in Cape Town and active across the Western Cape and beyond, we assist clients with environmental approval processes, regulatory submissions and related compliance requirements. Where South African legislation requires a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner to lead the process, ECO Report provides that oversight with a practical, senior-led approach.

Environmental Authorisations and Amendments

We provide EAP-led support for Basic Assessments, Scoping and Environmental Impact Assessment processes in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (NEMA) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations. Water and Waste Regulatory Support

We provide technical regulatory support and compliance oversight under the National Water Act, 1998 and the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (NEM:WA). Our role is to help clients move beyond basic compliance checklists by providing practical, well-structured support for facilities, developments and operational sites facing complex water and waste requirements.

ECO Monitoring & Auditing

We provide independent Environmental Control Officer (ECO) services and Regulation 34 environmental auditing for projects requiring structured construction-phase oversight. Our work helps clients monitor the implementation of Environmental Authorisation (EA) conditions and EMPr requirements, identify non-compliances early, and assess whether environmental management measures remain adequate and effective as projects progress.
